The Residence Club at Geneva National
The Residence Club at Geneva National allows you to own a second home without the burden of maintenance and upkeep. It's real estate ownership with immediate returns for you and your family.
The Residence Club offers you the unique opportunity to own a deeded fractional interest in a luxurious 3 bedroom (2700 sf) fully furnished residence. When you join The Residence Club, you'll receive a deed to the property and enjoy full rights of ownership, such as selling or including it in your estate to pass along to your heirs. With your ownership, you will enjoy full country club golf membership privileges, fine dining at clubhouse and other desired amenities while in residence at Geneva National.
The Residence Club is an equity, fractional ownership program with truly flexible benefits. Though the state of Wisconsin deems any shared ownership structure a timeshare, this is a fractional ownership with a deeded interest, unlike any timeshare out there.
- Owners enjoy reservations much like an equity golf club - each 1/12th owner may stay in the luxurious home as much as they wish, based on availability. If one owner uses less time, it is available for another owner to use.
- Full concierge service is available to facilitate your enjoyment.
- Owners enjoy full Signature Membership privileges at Geneva National while in residence, and Social Member Privileges while not in residence.
